Healthcare services in the Bemidji Area are available to eligible beneficiaries through 3 Federal/direct service, 34 Tribally-administered, and 4 Urban Indian Health Programs. General information regarding eligibility for services at a Federal/direct service facility can be found in the Indian Health Manual. Tribally-administered and Urban Indian Health programs operate largely independent of the Indian Health Service and may have different eligibility requirements.
