FCC Form 1220
          
          This directory contains three files.  All are self
          extracting zip files (SEZF).  The SEZF for the
          Microsoft Excel 4.0 version of FCC Form 1220 is called
          1220E4.exe.  The SEZF for the Lotus 1-2-3 for DOS 3.1
          version of FCC Form 1220 is called 1220L3.exe.  The
          SEZF for the Lotus 1-2-3 for Windows 4.0 version of
          FCC Form 1220 is called 1220L4.exe. All of these files
          contain several separate files which have combined
          together and compressed to make their distribution
          easier and more economical.  Contained within the
          SEZFs are: a spreadsheet version of Form 1220, a
          WordPerfect For Windows 5.1 copy of the instructions,
          and a text file version of the instructions.
          
          After downloading the SEZF to your computer's hard
          drive, copy it to an empty directory.  Then, if you
          are using Windows, go to the Windows Program Manager,
          select "file" and "run", and type into the provided
          space the path and name of the SEZF.  For example, if
          you have put the Excel 4.0 SEZF in a directory called
          "c:\1220", you would type "c:\1220\1220E4.exe".  Next,
          press the "OK" button to run the program.  If you are
          using DOS, at the command line, type the path and the
          name of the SEZF (for example, "c:\1220\1220E4.exe")
          and press enter.  When the program is finished
          running, the "c:\1220" directory will have several
          files in it, the original SEZF and the files described
          in the preceding paragraph.  You can now use your
          spreadsheet to access the computer version of FCC Form
          1220.
          
          Make sure that you have reviewed the instructions for
          FCC Form 1220 and the instructions for the spreadsheet
          version of the form prior to completing the form.
          
          1220E4.exe contains six files:
