This directory contains an Adobe Acrobat 
Portable Document Format (PDF) file  for 
FCC Form 312 "Application for Satellite Space and
Earth Station Authorizations" and the instructions
for completing the form.

PDF files can be viewed and printed from any
Windows, DOS, UNIX, MAC, or OS-2 platform that has
