The Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Ombudsman can only assist with issues under the purview of OPM. For example, we cannot assist with Social Security or Thrift Savings Program matters, as those issues must be addressed by the Social Security Administration at www.ssa.gov or the Office of Thrift Supervision at www.tsp.gov, respectively. OPM’s Contact Us page includes a list of resources that are often associated with Federal benefit or human resource management programs.
