  • Percent of men aged 18-44 who have ever adopted a child: 2.3%
  • Percent of women aged 18-44 currently seeking to adopt a child: 1.6%
  • Percent of infants who were relinquished for adoption within the first month of life among infants born to never-married women between 1996 and 2002: 1.0%
