E-Waste Recycling Creates Jobs

Last summer, GSA along with the White House Council on Environmental Quality and the Environmental Protection Agency announced the National Strategy for Electronics Stewardship–-a framework for responsible design, purchasing, management and recycling of electronics. Since then, GSA officials have been traveling the country and talking with certified e-waste businesses about recycling electronics and meeting with the men and women who now work in this industry.
