Tuberculosis Information Management System

The Tuberculosis Information Management System (TIMS) is a surveillance and case management software application used by TB control programs throughout the United States, the District of Columbia, and various U.S. reporting areas in the Pacific and Caribbean. TIMS will not be updated to include the revised Report of Verified Case of Tuberculosis (RVCT). TIMS will be retiring January 1, 2009. CDC will continue to support TIMS until all states have transitioned to another surveillance system.

  • For more information about TIMS, please contact the TIMS Help Desk at TIMShelp@cdc.gov or (404) 639-8444.
