All Get Smart print materials may be downloaded, copied, and distributed without alteration free of charge. Please contact the Get Smart campaign with your individual questions regarding the use of the Get Smart logo on additional or altered materials. Learn more about downloading these materials.

Print Materials Small Order

Thank you for your interest in our health education materials. We are pleased to offer small quantities for order free of charge through CDC-INFO. Once you know which materials you would like to order, please complete the order form.

Print Materials Bulk Order

Thank you for your interest in our health education materials. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is pleased to be working with the Public Health Foundation (PHF) to help us with the monumental task of ordering and distributing our products. As of January, 2001, the PHF will be handling all bulk order requests for health education materials on appropriate antibiotic use.

The Public Health Foundation is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to achieving healthy communities through research, training, and technical assistance. They are able to perform this valuable distribution service for us by charging a small fee for reprinting, handling, and shipping. In the future, we ask that you consider ordering our health education materials in large quantities using the PHF whenever possible. If you would like to find out more about what quantities are available from the PHF and the cost per bulk item, please look at the ordering information below or contact the PHF directly:
