ETR Associates
Funded under Program Announcement 0601 to Provide Professional
Development for DASH Funded Nongovernmental Organizations (NGO)
ETR Associates is funded to build the capacity of DASH-funded NGOs to
strengthen the quality, availability, and effectiveness of their HIV and
other health education programs to reduce health risk behaviors among youth
served by societal institutions including, but not limited to, schools,
local health departments, faith-based organizations, and community-based
organizations.

National Stakeholders Collaborative
The Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP), the
National Alliance of State & Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD), the
National Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD), and The Society of State
Directors of Health, Physical Education and Recreation (The Society)
collectively make up the National Stakeholders Collaborative. The goal of
the collaborative is to strengthen the capacity of state health and
education agencies to collaborate at the state level to help the nation’s
schools prevent sexual risk behaviors that result in HIV infection.

Professional Development Partnership– Rocky Mountain Center for Health
Promotion and Education
The goal of the Professional Development Partnership is to provide
assistance to DASH-funded state, territorial, and local agencies, tribal
governments, and national non-governmental organizations to
strengthen their ability to implement professional development (PD)
activities that will improve the quality of HIV prevention, comprehensive
school health education and a coordinated school health program.
