NACDD Arthritis Integrated Dissemination Project Grants Entering
Year Two

The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) recently awarded year two funding to the nine state health departments in the Arthritis Integrated Dissemination Project Grant. The states receiving this grant funding are Alaska, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and New York. The Arthritis Foundation Life Improvement Series Partnerships: Step-by-Step Guide was created as part of an Infrastructure Improvement Project, a collaborative effort between the Arthritis Foundation (AF) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Arthritis Program, to improve the delivery of and expand the reach of evidence-based AF interventions.
