Reasonable Accommodations

Requesting a Reasonable Accommodation

Federal agencies must provide reasonable accommodation to applicants with disabilities, where appropriate. Applicants requiring reasonable accommodation for any part of the application and hiring process should contact the hiring agency directly. To request a reasonable accommodation in response to a job announcement, contact the Atlanta Human Resources Center via at Email hrcs@cdc.gov or (770) 488-1725 [TTY/TDD (770) 488-1228] three business days before the closing date of the announcement. Determinations on requests for reasonable accommodation will be made on a case-by-case basis. A copy of the CDC Reasonable Accommodations Policy is available by calling the Office of Dispute Resolution and Equal Employment Opportunity at (770) 488-3210.
