Lesson Plans

These lesson plans were developed by educators and CDC scientists during the CDC Science Ambassador Workshops.

These plans are designed to be used in middle and high school classrooms and meet National Science Education Standards. They bring relevant public health topics into the classroom and challenge students to think about science and mathematics in a new way.

The lesson plans are categorized by grade levels. Two have been translated into Spanish:
