Note to Consumers: You may now search the FCC webpage for contact information for closed captioning concerns and complaints. This information is provided to the FCC by video programming distributors: http://esupport.fcc.gov/vpd-search/search.action. Also, the changes to the closed captioning rules that were adopted by the Commission on November 3, 2008, are now effective. Please review the Closed Captioning Factsheet for an explanation of the revised complaint process.

Note to Video Programming Distributors: Please go to the following link to enter your closed captioning contact information: https://esupport.fcc.gov/vpd-data/login!input.action. The deadline for compliance with this requirement was March 22, 2010.
