Promote your BodyWorks program and begin to recruit parents and caregivers.

Audio/Visual needs: laptop for BodyWorks presentation, TV/DVD player to play Let's Shop, Cook, and Eat Together DVD | |
Print parent and caregiver hand-outs for each session* | |
Order healthy snacks and/or beverages if desired for each session* | |
Have nametags for each participant for each session* | |
Purchase prizes/incentives for participants for each session* | |
Provide paper and pens for participants as needed | |
Provide flip board/chart for writing as needed |
At the first session
Collect kit cards and send back to:

* These items vary session by session. Please refer to the agenda for each session in your Parent and Caregiver Training Guide. Each includes a list of learning objectives and materials needed for each of the 10 sessions.
