Shaping the Future of Cybersecurity Education Workshop

October 30 - November 1, 2012

The National Initiative For Cybersecurity Education (NICE) will host its third annual Shaping the Future of Cybersecurity Education Workshop at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) located in Gaithersburg, MD. The NICE Initiative is focused on enhancing the overall cybersecurity posture of the United States by accelerating the availability of educational and training resources designed to improve the cyber behavior, skills, and knowledge of every segment of the population.

DRAFT National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education Strategic Plan

The draft National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education Strategic Plan is available. The plan outlines the goals of NICE as well as the objectives and strategies NICE will implement to achieve its goals. The partner agencies that comprise NICE are hard at work to address the Nation’s cybersecurity education needs. Together, in partnership with our public and private stakeholders, NICE will make a difference.

NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework
