Note: When providing information via e-mail, please include your name, telephone number, and physical address in case we need to contact you. For security and authentication reasons, a reply via e-mail may not be possible. Please realize that e-mail is not a secure form of communication; however, any information you send will be handled in a confidential manner by the FBI. Do not include any attachments when sending us e-mail; attachments will not be opened or reviewed. Please send such information by pasting the contents into the body of the e-mail message or by providing it via regular mail or fax.
Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal "walk-in" business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (907) 276-4441.
Directions
The Anchorage office is located in between “A” Street and 6th Avenue. If you are:
- Traveling west on 5th Avenue, the FBI building is on the corner to your left.
- Traveling east on 6th Avenue, the FBI building is on the corner to your left.
Satellite Offices
Along with our main office in Anchorage, we have two satellite offices, or “resident agencies,” in the area.
