In 2011, the State of Oklahoma passed Cody's Law, legislation that holds adults accountable for underage drinking that take place on their property. In this video, Levi Keehler, Director of Prevention for Behavioral Health for Cherokee Nation, describes how the tribe built support for the law in Northeast Oklahoma.
