    •  Fitness tip of the day: Do you want you try a fun way to eat more varieties of foods? Are you bored with your food choices right now? If this is you, you are not alone! Research has shown that most people eat the same 10-15 foods on a regular basis. Doing this not only robs the body of a variety of nutrients, but it is also boring to our palate. Therefore I have come up with an idea. Why not try using the alphabet as a way to try new foods. You can start with the letter A and and choose new foods that start with the letter A for one week. The next week try new foods that start with the letter B. Continue this pattern until you make it through the entire alphabet. If you have little children you can use this as learning tool for when you go grocery shopping.. Eating healthy can be fun!
