  2. Thank you to all of our followers for the kind words this morning. Old Guard Soldiers are currently conducting modified funerals in Arlington National Cemetery, filling sand bags for contingencies, guarding the Tomb, and important support tasks such as continuing to operate the dining facility and aid station. We will post photos as quickly as we can.
  3. Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall will operate under Emergency Essential Only Conditions Monday Oct. 29, 2012.

    JBMHH emergency employees are expected to report to their worksites unless otherwise directed by their directors.

    Additionally,

    · Commissary will be operating under normal hours.
    · PX will be closed.
    · Shoppette will be open from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
    · Bowling center will be open regular hour...

    · Fitness center on the Fort Myer portion of JBM-HH will be open during weekend hours.
    · Fitness center on the Fort McNair portion of JBM-HH will be closed.
    · All Marine Corps Community Services activities on JBM-HH are closed.
    - CDC is open to essential emergency personnel only.
