major knee problems are attributed to weakness in the muscles surrounding the knees however the more complex problems are attributed to imbalances within the quadricep itself. these exercises are a great way of strengthening the VMO and i have been doing them for a year under the supervision of a physiotherapist who has been ripping me off. it's really nice of you to upload these videos for people to see for free. i could never understand how you could charge anyone for something like healthcare
