Here are some exercises you can do at home to help strengthen and tone your body. We are using only weighted balls, a band and a mat for these exercises. Please remember to always consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program.
I did not include a warm up or stretch in this vid, so please ensure you do both before starting the exercises.
The exercises in the video are meant to be done consecutively, to fatigue (or 1 min each), rest and repeat at least 2 more times.
