Travel Diary: Secretary Clinton Visits Peru

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will travel to Lima, Peru, on October 15 and 16. In Peru, she will meet with Peruvian President Ollanta Humala to discuss bilateral and regional cooperation. She will also participate in an international conference on women's financial inclusion -- Power: Women as Drivers of Growth and Social Inclusion -- at which she will deliver remarks to the plenary.
Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women's Issues Melanne Verveer will accompany the Secretary on the visit.

The most important, the most dedicated, the most unselfish women in the history of our great country. These are not a the words of longtime supporter. I supported Obama in 2008 and I make no apology for it, but who else has served so well for so long for so many.
Did she maintain a superhuman poise during a national scandal? Did she suffer some of most vile comments at of her husband's political enemies? Did she serve the people of New York as a United States Senator honorably? Has she worked tirelessly across the globe for all people of America as Secretary of State? Has she given her all, in almost every moment of her life to her country for twenty years? Yes, she did. Has she perhaps more than anyone else lived up to call of JFK? Has she consistently asked not what her country would do for her but instead lived a life of service to her country? Yes she has.
God Bless Hillary Clinton and thank you.

We followed her effort being done for women in the world to strengthen them and make them part of the development of their people. We must accompany this effort with connectivity for real social inclusion, 'cause three of four women are illiterate. However we know (women) strengthen the development of society. My mother was also a lawyer. Welcome Mrs. Hillary.
