For Election Officials
These resources provide State and local election officials with the information and tools needed to assist voters covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA). UOCAVA citizens are U.S. citizens who are active members of the Uniformed Services the Merchant Marine, and the commissioned corps of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, their family members, and U.S. citizens residing outside the United States.
The Federal Voting Assistance Program supports UOCAVA citizens and election officials by providing necessary absentee voting forms, materials and training guidance.
