cool and easy to do@, tnx alot its great warm up for hands, will you make a video to reduce joint pains in legs and exercise for joint pain

joint pain also have to do with a deficiency in the B-vitamins and magnesium. Make sure you are also getting your essential fatty acids and fish oil/coconut oil.

not a problem. also taking breaks every hour or so helps as well.

actually i am writing my exams and sudden pain in my palm joint bothered me how to write the examination...really the exercise you have told me worked a lot.thankyou....
