"Athletes should know that if they think they've had a concussion, don't hide it, report it. Take time to recover. It's better to miss one game than the whole season."
I agree with this statement :)

Today I get kicked in the head during soccer practice and now my head hurts, my ears are ringing, I am really irratable, and i am extremely tired but can't sleep. I think I might have a concussion but my parents don't believe me because I am not throwing up. I have a game tomorrow. What should I do?

If you think you have a concussion you should be seen by a health care professional. Getting help from a health care professional soon after the injury may help speed recovery. See Signs and Symptoms, to learn about common signs and symptoms that you may experience, as well as about danger signs and when to seek immediate medical attention.

Athletes with a concussion should never return to sports or recreation activities the day of the injury and until a health care professional, experienced in evaluating for concussion, says they are symptom-free and it’s OK to return to play.
