PS please note I dont respond to personal messages regarding weight loss/diet or exercise. There's no secrets and no special things i've hidden from the world. Many people message me to "help them" but thats incredibly vague. You eat healthy, stay active, and get your 6-8 hours of sleep a day.

  • You have helped me so much and i've just started my healthy eating and exercise this summer holiday. i'm trying to lose about 20kg by next year. You should have a book or a tv show i would totally read/watch it :)

  • Not usually. If im at a restaurant and they have bread ill eat it but i dont really eat it at home

  • I must agree with you on the 2 week food cravings thing. A year ago, I ate lollies burgers, fast food, fried food and sodas and all that junk. Not I haven't touched ANY sugary items or fried foods or fast foods for an entire year. It's not actually that hard haha :)
