If you want to gain weight add ALLOT of squats and deadlifts to your workout routine, they are the best exercises to pack on weight. But still...gaining muscle takes allot of time and effort. (just throwing some advice out there)

good job on this video..i learned alot...ive been trying to gain muscle but my progress so slow.im 132lbs and I'm 5'5''. i want to gain more muscle on my chest and on my arms..pretty much.i dont really wanna look like a body builder just a good figure.i was just wondering how long did it take you to gain this much weight? or to see results?

@grufiog - At the bar where it belongs... Not in my fridge ;-) I do like to have fun when I go out, but I don't keep much (if any) alcohol at my house typically.

what if the person has high metabolism? thats what the docter said to me, i have trouble gaining weight.
