Very good advice, but not the best title. Maybe would be better if named something like, Nutrition and the impact on tendons and joints. Not exactly how to recover. Thx
wow. Youre the one that said I speak the language of bro science then your comment was deleted. So I defended myself. I said the same point in both comments just elaborated a bit. Go search anger management videos instead of tendonosis.
That wasn't what you said before, fucking retard. Why the fuck do you have to act like a dick? I don't give a shit, so go suck on a monkey. Please don't reply to this, I know I wont.
One more time, so I don't have to ever respond.. Fuck you.
No I speak the language of a double major in health fitness and nutrition. I'm also a natural competitive bodybuilder battling tendinosis. So I've heard it all. If you eat more calories then you use in a day it will be stored as fat. Very simple common sense. Depends on how high your basal metabolic rate is also. I don't know why people try to argue this. More protein=more calories. Your body can only absorb so much protein at once especially in liquids at once sitting.
any macro nutrient in excess will be stored as fat. excess protein in one meal means a lot of excess calories that you cannot use. especially at night. have you ever seen a weight lifter eat all his protein in one meal? or spread it out into 4 to 6 meals throughout the day?
Well... When you started speaking about eating too much protein in one meal, and that it will turn into fat, all your other points went down the toilet. I have a hard time believing your other information when you don't understand such a simple concept.

eating healthy is a good tip, but there are many other things you could have touched on.
