If you want to provide information on a crime, you may do so by e-mail, by telephone, or in writing. Information will be kept confidential if requested. Please provide the following details to the extent possible.

- Your address
- Your telephone: home/work
- Confidentiality: yes/no
- Your e-mail address
- Type of crime
- Location of crime
- Date crime occurred
- Name of subject
- Physical description
- Subject’s address

Hours
The Seattle FBI office is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but normal business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than normal business hours, please telephone or e-mail our office.
