Data Submission and Validation Tool

Welcome to the Data Submission and Validation Tool (DSVT)

DSVT facilitates the various Federal Agencies to submit their Assistance and Contracts Program Source data to the USAspending.gov website as required by the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA). To access the tool, users are required to login using their Username and Password.

If you are a first time user, please register by clicking on the “Register ” link. Your registration request will be sent to the DSVT Admin and upon approval you will be able to access the tool. If you have already registered and have your login information, please enter your Username and Password and click on the Login button.
