The Office of Diversity and Civil Rights is headed by Executive Director Franklin C. Jones. The office is responsible for ensuring compliance with the federal civil rights statutes, regulations and Executive Orders governing federal employment and federally funded and/or assisted programs. DCR formulates and implements policies and programs in the areas of workforce diversity and inclusion, Equal Employment Opportunity complaints processing, civil liberties compliance, and diversity program evaluations and analysis.
