Welcome to the Census Bureau’s Philadelphia region. Our office is responsible for all data collection, data dissemination, and geographic operations, for the states of Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey (except those counties serviced by the New York Region) and Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia Region's boundary will change to include Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia effective 1 January 2013 under the Field Realignment as shown on Map of New Regional Office Structure [PDF 632k]. The New York Region will service the entire state of New Jersey. During the transition, we remain committed to exceeding the high standards required by the Census Bureau as well as delivering excellent customer service.
