Robin Ratliff, Assistant Vice President

Robin Ratliff is an assistant vice president and assistant corporate secretary at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. She oversees Strategic Communications and Web Services in Public Affairs, which includes writers, editors, designers, and web specialists for internal and external communications. She also serves as assistant secretary to the Board of Directors. /

Ms. Ratliff joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 1986 as an editor in the Research Department. She moved to the Corporate Communications and Community Affairs Department in 1995, where she led the Communications and Design Department. After working as employee communications manager at National City Bank, Ms. Ratliff returned to the Cleveland Fed in 2000 as communications manager for the Federal Reserve System's Retail Payments Office. She was appointed assistant vice president and assistant corporate secretary in 2004.

Ms. Ratliff earned a bachelor's degree from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio. She serves as secretary and chair of the Marketing Committee for the West Side Catholic Center in Cleveland.
