To control the spread of the emerald ash borer, a firewood quarantine is in effect for Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun and Prince William counties and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax City, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park. It is illegal to transport firewood from these localities. Click here for detail.
