Conditional Termination and New Bond Request’ Procedures -
11/17/2008 This document describes a new procedure effective November 1, 2008, whereby Customs and Border Protection may not terminate a bond if all conditions of the new bond are not satisfied. Included is the required ‘Conditional Termination and New Bond Request’ template.
