 Congressman Brady to Speak at CBP Trade Symposium
(10/18/2012) Washington — Congressman Kevin Brady will be the keynote speaker at Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) annual trade symposium luncheon here October 30.Congressman Brady is serving his 8th term representing the Texas Eighth Congressional District. He is chair of the Trade Subcommittee of the House Ways & Means Committee and is the vice chairman of the Joint Economic Committee.CBP’s annual trade symposium will be held October 29-30 at the Renaissance DC Downtown Hotel. The theme of the symposium is Expanding 21st Century Global Partnerships.While registration for in-person attendance is sold out, as an alternative CBP is offering a live webcast of the symposium.
