New Employee Orientation Kit
In this on-line New Employees Orientation (NEO), we have included information to answer questions you may have about working for the Federal Government as a new employee. Some of the information pertains specifically to CBP, but much of it is derived from other Federal agencies, such as the Office of Personnel Management.

Prior to reporting, please review each section of this website for valuable information about the Bureaus, Federal benefits programs, and forms that you will need to download and complete in accordance with the instructions provided. A Bureau official will be available at your duty location to provide additional assistance with the forms and answer your questions.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the files.
