Welcome to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. As part of the orientation process, you will need to complete or review a variety of forms and publications. Many of the forms that specifically apply to your appointment and that are identified on the checklist enclosed with your firm offer letter can be completed online. To fill out a form, select a link; complete the form; and then print, sign, and date it. The completed form(s) should be mailed to the Executive Service Staff, in the Office of Human Resources Management, at the address provided below or as instructed in your firm offer letter. Please note that completed payroll and employment forms must be submitted to the Executive Services Staff on your first work day or completed at orientation. Any forms that are applicable to your appointment, but are not provided online, will be presented to you during orientation.
