The Delaware Constitution and the 31 titles of the Delaware Code are now available in two popular eBook formats; ePub and MOBI. The ePub format can be used with the eReader, iPad, Nook, Digital Editions, and other readers that support the ePub open standard. The MOBI format can be used with the Kindle and other readers that support the MOBI format.

The Delaware Code is also available in two formats specifically designed for mobile browsers and devices. This version is intended for older, basic cell phones and devices on slower networks. The pages on this mobile site do not contain some tabular data. The second version is based on the proposed HTML5 standard for web pages and is intended for the newest Smartphones and tablet devices. Feedback and comments on this HTML5 site are appreciated and can be sent to the Government Information Center.
