Report on Exploratory Program to Increase Access to the Agency's Compliance and Enforcement Data

On January 31, 2012, FDA released a new transparency report regarding its compliance and enforcement data.  It presents eight initiatives, which FDA proposed for public comment in October 2011, that the Transparency Task Force has recommended, and the Commissioner has adopted, to explore avenues for making FDA’s compliance and enforcement data more accessible and user-friendly.
