Funding Opportunity Announcement: RFA for Building the Capacity of State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal Food Regulatory Agencies to Undertake Examinations, Inspections, Investigations, and other Related Food Safety Activities under Section 702 of the FD&C Act (U18) Cooperative Agreement

The intended outcome of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to facilitate long-term improvements to the national food safety system to protect public health by building the capacity of food safety agencies to undertake examinations, inspections, and investigations and related food safety activities under Section 702 of the Act. The outcome of the work provided under this cooperative agreement will serve to advance an integrated national food safety system as well as meeting provisions of the Food Safety Modernization Act.
