The guide includes the latest UN/EDIFACT guidelines that must be followed in order to comply with the TSA requirement for MCL and FCM additional crewmember and non-crewmember data elements.This UN/EDIFACT Implementation Guide is a working document, subject to change. Changes made will be textual in nature.The guidelines should be used for UN/EDIFACT format development. Check this site periodically for updates, which will be made available in subsequent versions of this document.NOTE: Commercial air carriers and/or their APIS manifest transmitters "must" register online and successfully complete the CBP UN/EDIFACT APIS message formatting and testing processes prior to their being authorized to send UN/EDIFACT formatted APIS transmissions to the CBP APIS system. |
