Science-in-Briefs are concise and user-friendly publication summaries intended to enhance the understanding and application of current research findings. Science-in-Briefs provide a short synopsis of newly published articles summing up the findings and how these findings might be applied to the work in cardiovascular health promotion.

Each Science-in-Brief may contain the following sections:

  1. What is already known on this topic?
  2. What is added by this document?
  3. What are the applications for these findings?
  4. What are the implications for public health practice?
