Where to Get Help for PTSD

Develop or enhance your knowledge of trauma and effective PTSD treatments. Continuing education (CE/CME) credits are available for most courses. Find more Continuing Education opportunities.

PTSD 101 is:

  • presented by a faculty of recognized experts in the field of traumatic stress.
  • developed specifically for busy clinicians who provide services to individuals who have experienced trauma.
  • appropriate for both seasoned PTSD professionals and those new to PTSD treatment or military personnel.

Course Modules

The PTSD 101 Course Modules are in Flash or PowerPoint with audio format. Each course varies in length, but all take around an hour to complete. CE/CME credits are currently available for most of the PTSD 101 courses. Check the course page for more details. Each Course Module includes:

  • Brief description, goals, and objectives for the course
  • Flash or PowerPoint presentation with audio files (and transcript)
  • The instructor's biosketch

The course are free and there is no need to register.
