elcome to the request portal for the United States Air Force Bands Program !

This website provides a complete, paperless process for military and non-military organizations to request appearances by Air Force Bands and musicians at public and official government events in the continental United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

This site does not accept requests for The United States Air Force Band from Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C., nor does it accept requests for overseas events. For information on how to request The USAF Band, located at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, please call 202-767-9253.

Simply answer the questions describing your organization and event, and our site will generate the required Department of Defense request form, complete with electronic signature.

This online service allows the Secretary of the Air Force, Public Affairs Engagement Division and Air Force band schedulers to evaluate requests for appearances with near real-time capability. It also provides requesting organizations 24-hour access to monitor the status of their requests.

Please note: Due to the high demand and competing mission requirements for Air Force Bands, we may not be able to provide appearances at all events that are deemed eligible.

Regretfully, this website is no longer accepting requests for Air Force speakers or representatives; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To make a request for a speaker or representative, please contact the Public Affairs office at your nearest Air Force base. You will find a list of Air Force bases on the official website of the United States Air Force or you can call Air Force Public Affairs at 703-695-9664 for assistance.

Thank you for your interest in the United States Air Force Bands Program; we hope you enjoy using our site and find the process to be smooth and efficient.
