SWISSCOY: Change of Command and an anniversary
05 Oct. - The new SWISSCOY contingent enters service to a new location in Kosovo. After this Change of Command from the 26th to the 27th contingent the new incoming soldiers took over their role at the new sites, which have been established after the evacuation of the legendary Camp Casablanca. 04 Oct. - Many soldiers were honoured today for their faithful service in the KFOR Mission and also COMKFOR, Major General Volker HALBAUER bade them farewell. Change of ORF-Battalion in Camp Novo Selo
29 Sep. - For the upcoming month the German and Austrian soldier of the new ORF Battalion will once more work together in the north of Kosovo. COMKFOR Major General Volker HALBAUER handed the NATO flag to the ORF Battalion from the outgoing Italian Colonel Alfonso CORNACCHIA to the incoming German Commander Lieutenant Colonel Ralf SCHIPKE.
