Effective Monday, June 20, 2005, all new Activity Code 1 continuous bonds will be the responsibility of the Office of Administration (OA), Revenue Division. All new continuous bond applications submitted to port personnel should be immediately faxed to the Bond Team, via Fax at (317) 614-4517 or email the office at cbp.bondquestions@dhs.gov.
