Embassy Briefings

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Office of International Programs (OIP) ensures effective communications of FDA policy, regulatory decisions, and programs to counterpart government officials and international organizations around the world, to enhance cooperation with them on public health matters of mutual interest, and provide prompt, accurate, and effective responses to a wide range of requests for program, policy, and technical information.

One of the ways the Office of International Programs achieves this goal is by providing opportunities for local foreign embassy colleagues to learn more about FDA's programs and issues of mutual concern is through its quarterly Embassy Briefings. These briefings are usually held in downtown, Washington, DC. To participate in these embassy briefings, please send your embassy name and your contact information to: OIPEmbassycommunications@fda.hhs.gov.
