Audit Reports on State Contract Inspections

FDA must periodically audit contract inspections to ensure the quality of inspections purchased through contracts with States is adequate and complies with contract requirements.  The auditing procedure is governed by Field Management Directive 76.  Below summarizes the contract audit results for recent contract years.
