Import Program Managers

FDA is seeking to foster effective communication channels between the importer community and FDA.

Import Program Managers are managers based in FDA district offices that serve as the point of contact for issues related to import operations. Import Program Managers will assist the importer community in finding individuals to whom they can direct questions about the import regulatory process within each district. This information is updated annually.

Import Filer Evaluation Outcomes

Importers, or third parties working on behalf of importers, file information about products offered for import into the United States.  FDA conducts evaluations of those filers who submit information electronically to help ensure that they are submitting accurate data.  FDA is posting filer evaluation outcomes on-line, prospectively, starting from the beginning of FY2012.  This list will be updated monthly, and it will post the most recent outcome for each filer.
